- 2 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 cup Grace Vegetable Oil
- 1.5 tablespoons Splenda
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 4 teaspoons butter milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup raisins, soaked
- 0.5 cup cashew, chopped
Directions
- Sift whole-wheat flour and baking soda together. Add Grace Vegetable Oil and Splenda and mix until light and foamy.
- Fold in the eggs, mashed ripe bananas, butter milk, vanilla, soaked raisins and cashew.
- Scrape batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180°C/350°F for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
