Frankfurters and Pineapple
For 6 people ()
- 6 whole Grace Frankfurters
- 3 medium Grace Pineapple Slices, cut in halves
- 6 rashers Grace Streaky Bacon
- Slit open each Grace Frankfurter along its length and place a halved pineapple slice in the opening.
- Wrap a rasher of Grace Streaky Bacon around the frankfurter and hold with toothpicks.
- Grill until the bacon is crisp on all sides.
- Top with barbecue sauce or Grace Tomato Ketchup.
Recipe Note: For Kebabs, add corn, mushrooms, potatoes and sweet peppers.
