- 2 cups Grace Rice
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup Grace Cornmeal
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 medium eggs
- 0.25 cup Grace Vegetable Oil
- 0.33 cup raisins (optional)
Directions
- Cook rice and allow to cool.
- Combine flour, Grace Cornmeal, baking powder, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add milk, eggs, vegetable oil and mix well. Stir in rice and raisins.
- Scrape into a loaf pan, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 45 minutes or until done in the center, and golden brown on top.
To Serve: Turn onto a bread board and serve immediately.
